Scottish IT firm Capito acquired by XMA

Scottish IT services provider Capito has been acquired by English reseller XMA.

Murray Capital backed a management buyout of the Livingston-based IT services provider in 2006.

Capito was established in 1990 and serves a wide public and private sector customer base. The business will continue to operate from its Livingston headquarters.

XMA is one of the largest resellers in the UK, with a £400m turnover business head quartered in St Albans. The business has five offices across the UK including Glasgow.
